1.1. Insurance coverage is not provided by the insurance company until your proposal has been accepted and confirmed by the insurer. The submission of a proposal through the portal does not guarantee insurance coverage.

1.2. All insurance coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions specified in the policy issued by the insurer. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review the policy and understand its coverage before making any payments.

Premium Payments

2.1. When you pay the premium for the insurance policy through the portal, your policy will be submitted to the underwriting process for assessment.

2.2. The underwriting process may involve a review of your application, risk assessment, and verification of information provided. The insurer reserves the right to accept or decline your policy based on their underwriting guidelines and risk evaluation.

Premium Changes and Refunds

3.1. The premium amount quoted at the time of submitting your policy for underwriting is subject to change based on the assessment conducted by the underwriter. The insurer reserves the right to revise the premium amount to accurately reflect the level of risk associated with your policy.

3.2. In the event that your premium amount changes after your policy has been submitted for underwriting, you will be notified of the revised premium prior to the policy's acceptance. You will have the option to accept the new premium or cancel your policy.

3.3. If your proposal is not accepted by the insurer, your premium payment will be refunded in full. However, please note that any medical charges incurred during the underwriting process will not be refunded.

*Please note that the premium changes are at the discretion of the insurer and are based on their assessment of the risk factors involved in your policy. We strive to provide transparent and fair pricing, and any changes will be communicated to you promptly. If you have any concerns or questions regarding premium changes or refunds, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Accuracy of Information

4.1. You are solely responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when submitting a proposal through the portal. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in the rejection of your proposal and termination of your insurance coverage.

4.2. It is your responsibility to promptly notify the insurer of any changes to your information that may impact your coverage. Failure to provide updated information may result in a denial of claims or policy cancellation.

Use of the Portal

5.1. The portal is intended for lawful and personal use only. You agree not to use the portal for any commercial purposes or to engage in any illegal activities.

5.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information with any third party and to notify us immediately in case of any unauthorized use of your account.

Limitation of Liability
